They not only answer the phone with REAL people, but those people ACTUALLY want to help you. Kind of a novel concept in this day and age. I’ve been using Medit 500 since spring of 2021 and really like it. The support system has been very good so far. I just called yesterday and spoke with Frank Deluca, he was very informative and helpful.
